Once I hear the word challenge, I must admit that my heart skips a beat. Yes, you’re not alone. It’s true that we all love a challenge, yet there’s something about it that makes us “just a little” afraid. Perhaps it’s the fear of losing, winning, or not being able to perform as well as we’d like. So I was scouring Google for some workout challenges and came across the Daily Mail’s six week workout. According to the Daily Mail, the workout is designed for those who are:
desperate to tone up, but don’t know where to start…
Normally, when I am presented with workout illustrations, and a ton of written descriptions on how to perform the workouts, I couldn’t always cope. In some cases, the descriptions can be so complex and lead you to do the workouts the wrong way. But what I love about the illustrations on the Daily Mail’s six week workout challenge is that they are animated. It’s a small feature but makes a big difference for those who prefer a good visual illustration rather than lots of written material about workout positions.
The workouts are designed to target the:
Arms
Stomach
Legs and Bottom
Breasts
You can find the challenge and workout illustrations by clicking here. At first I didn’t notice the links for stomach, legs and bottom and breasts workouts on the page. To ensure you don’t miss them, look for them at the very bottom, after the last illustration on the page, they are highlighted with bullet points. You’ll need to click on each to be taken to the relevant pages where you’ll find the animated workouts.
So will you be taking the six week workout challenge? Keep me in the loop. Tweet me at @nonyesoludo with #NHL6weekchallenge if you are!
