Eating 5 to 6 times a day is healthier than the usual 3 square meals a day. According to Fabry, an English researcher in 1964 found that eating one-sixth of your food six times  a day rather than one-third three times will help in weight loss, improves cholesterol numbers and glucose tolerance.

Not eating for a number of hours triggers the starvation mechanism and that causes your body to preserve body fat.So please eat!
