Every day can be a struggle, but only if you let it, that’s my belief. I have my ups and downs like everyone else, but mostly, I try to keep it on the upside, as often as I can so that I feel and look healthy. What we eat and how well we take care of ourselves can really affect how we feel. Here are 5 ways to a happier fitter you:

Hydrate you beautiful body

Consuming fluids, in general, will help you keep healthy, but make your preference.

Mix & match your fitness regime

Do everything from weight training to cardio. It will not only help you lose weight quicker, it would also stop you from getting bored.

Interval training

Interval training is based on higher intensity work for shorter periods of time, it works wonders and a good idea for those who don’t have a lot of time to exercise.

Tell Mr procrastination to say away

Don’t wait until Monday to start that workout or diet, find out what will work best for you and plan around it.
