Yes, it’s true, a family that exercises together stays fit together. We don’t often realise that, but it’s so true.

Here’s how to do it:

Stick your fitness plan in a calendar, making sure that the days you need to exercise works for everyone.

Don’t think that a gym membership is the only way to get some exercise with the family, small changes such as walking in the park, fun activities, parking further away when going to the supermarket so that you could all walk, can be very good exercise too.

There are also fitness games, such as Wii Fit, and many fun ways to get fit and stay fit, be inventive, we all know our family better than anyone else and know what they like.
