Benefits of Watermelon

It is very good to start your day with a very juicy fruit like watermelon. I really love starting my busy day with this wonderful juicy fruit. I call it power house because the health benefits are so many.

It is an excellent and natural source of most powerful antioxidant, vitamin C, A, B, B6,B1 to protect us from diseases. The antioxidants can also reduce the risk of colon cancer, asthma, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis, and prostate cancer.

The benefits are so many.

When the heat of summer tires us with thirst, eating watermelon is a safe alternative to taking energy drinks. Nothing can be more satisfactory on a hot, dusty day than a crisp, juicy slice of watermelon.
